Dr. Fremes is a pharmacist who used to work in San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital.

He worked as a pharmacist at St. Bonaventure. When a baby died due to running out of medication, Salen Morrison (who was the one responsible for the lack of medical resources) blamed Dr. Fremes and asked him to quit his job and keep quiet about her mistake, or he would sue him.
When Dr. Lim starts a rebellion against Salen, she asks for Dr. Fremes for help, and he agrees to speak against Salen in court. However, he ultimately refuses.
