Jake Dahlen is Lea Dilallo's ex-boyfriend. He makes Shaun jealous, but he was not willing to admit it at first.

Lea introduces Jake to Shaun
In "Aftermath", Jake and Shaun meet for the first time when Shaun sees Jake looking through the fridge for orange juice in the morning.
Shaun tries to become friends with him, and interrupts Lea and Jake while they are having sex in order to watch a movie together. Glassman tells Shaun that Jake and Lea are not interested in spending time with him while they are together.
Jake and Lea presumably break up, though it is never stated why. Shaun, in a moment of anger, later states that Lea is unable to hold down a relationship for any significant period of time. She is later seen with a new boyfriend while at a bar with Shaun and Carly Lever.
