Synopsis[]
Dr. Jared Kalu makes a surprise return to San Jose's St. Bonaventure Hospital with his billionaire patient. Meanwhile, Park must treat the man his wife had an affair with and try to forgive him.

- Jared decides to restart his residency at St. Bonaventure, becoming a first year resident again, this time on Shaun's team.
- Claire being sexually harassed by Coyle and Jared being fired for assaulting him in "Sacrifice" are brought up. Jared suing the hospital in "Islands: Part Two" is also brought up.
- Danny, in a conversation with Alex, makes a reference to the series Cobra Kai and Johnny Lawrence from the cult franchise The Karate Kid.
- Tamlyn Tomita, who played Allegra Aoki, a former main character, appeared in The Karate Kid Part II and Cobra Kai as Kumiko.
