Gottfried is a Neurosurgeon and Professor at Duke University. In addition to clinical and academic work, he enjoys providing creative and technical expertise as a medical consultant and writer for television series. He always values the opportunity to assist writers and production teams. His work in TV began in 2010 after a cold-call from a producer.[1]
